Returns and Cancellations
Soap bars that are sent back to us clean, fresh, undamaged within 10 days of receipt and in marketable condition will be credited back to you. Substandard (non-marketable product) bars receive no credit. Other products may be returned if initiated within 10 days of receipt, if all items are returned in their original condition. In either case, you must pay the shipping back to us. Custom and Private Label products cannot typically be returned for credit. Wholesale orders are subject to our standard return policy.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns due to damage after delivery will not be accepted. If items are damaged during shipping, they will be replaced at no additional charge. Pending, unfulfilled orders may be canceled without penalty by contacting us.
Shipping
395 Naturals accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Gardnerville, NV via USPS or UPS. 395 Naturals ships to all 50 US states and follows the standard methods made available by USPS or UPS. Unless otherwise specified, standard processing time for orders is 1-4 days, with a priority shipping timeframe of 1-3 days depending on where you are located.
APO/FPO shipping addresses may be subject to review. Orders that include a shipping address different from the billing address may also be subject to review. In such cases, the customer will be contacted. Please know that such reviews can delay shipping times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package shows delivered to your shipped address, but is missing, you must report the package to us within 24 hours of the marked 'delivery' day/time stamp. Once you have reported your lost package, 395 Naturals will launch an inquiry with our carrier and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge, if stock is available.
395 Naturals is not responsible and shall not be held liable for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to a customer-provided incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
395 Naturals is not responsible and shall not be held liable for lost or stolen packages if the customer elected to have their package shipped to a third party carrier, transporter, or courier company.
Damaged Packages
While damaged packages are very rare, in the unforeseen instance that you do receive one, we kindly ask that you contact 395 Naturals within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. 395 Naturals mitigates damage claims on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible and shall not be held liable for damaged packages. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely and will handle filing a claim on your behalf. If determined to be a packaging mistake on our end, we will happily reship the damaged products, free-of-charge. We encourage you to get in touch if you have any issues!
